No leniency the only thing I get bluntly told is "what do you expect from me now, a new pond?" No, I expect some empathy and maybe one to get some discount on another - second hand or not. But no, is his own risk and I cannot do anything about it, he makes no effort at all for a customer who has been there for a while anyway. The € 5 that you earned at the pump now costs you at least a customer.

Today we called Jackoi, (his two brothers from each other) says the older brother, no I did not order anything at all, nothing is known to me! Fine! Have everything arranged at Aquatca today, and even cheaper! For the same products. The pond maintenance of my sister (3 ponds) no longer by Jackoi Unfortunately, the older pond of my parent was done by Jackoi, but next year the new pond, not by Jackoi. And of course my new pond, not by Jackoi anymore. Of course, the new plants, fish, filter etc. are also no longer purchased at Jackoi.
