Order your dog collars with lighting, 1 appears not to work. Mail sent and a new one will be sent. The second tire is already empty after 1 time wearing. This is reported and may return the tire so that the purchase amount is refunded. BUT THEN YOU MUST PAY THE SHIPPING COST YOURSELF.
I really don't think this is a good service. A tire that does not function properly and then pays for the costs before shipment. 😡😡😡😡😡
