On Funda a beautiful home seen that is still available. This morning I called OPS (Oppen) with broker to express my interest. It was immediately told that a viewing is no longer possible. I can understand all this if a final offer is accepted or if a purchase contract has already been signed. However, the employee told me that only negotiations with several interested parties are going on. So no agreement has been reached yet. Once again I expressed my serious interest and indicated that I also want to participate as an interested person. Who knows, this eventually leads to the highest bid. However, this does not appear to be possible with this broker. I could only use my phone number. and leave a name in case they do not come out with the others. I think this is a strange affair and if I were the selling party, I would certainly not be happy if interested people are shown the door before there is a final agreement with a buyer!

We have been negotiating the purchase of a property since 24 September. More bids and stops have been made. Until it became quiet. Are not or hardly supervised and call-back requests are not picked up. Now weeks further and multiple bids / negotiations further we find out that property has been sold since October 4. Have not heard anything from the selling agent Mr. Simons today (17ocks). Colleagues indicate that they have asked him to contact us. (5x in the past 10 days).
