Visited 3 weeks ago to draw up an offer for a new floor. The store is very nice, but the prices are not wrong.
Our wish was to make maximum sacrifices in order to avoid unexpectedly high expenses. The offer was not wrong, but quality is worth a lot to us.
After two weeks of receiving the offer, this floor turned out to be a few thousand euros higher. We are shocked to say the least, because even though we have to do less - after checking the floor - we have to pay more.
Do you want to save yourself a shock? Then I would advise you to go for inspiration only and then leave again soon.
Nice people, well helped
Super nice but violently overpriced materials. The service could be (considerably) better. It
staff are so well trained to profile customers that fit their target audience that they forget to speak to the rest. And that while most of our interior design already comes from this place. For the next personnel training, I recommend doing a course out of the box thinking or a taster day at the quantum.
After almost two years, there is still no solution for the vinyl floor that has been laid with me. Ugly seams, bumps in the vinyl and creases that are still visible. My emails are no longer being responded to.
In principle, I am satisfied with the end result, but the waiting time in the store is very long. The staff seems busy, but they really can't match the kindness of the staff of the quantum next door.
Conclusion: if you want to pay a lot for beautiful fabrics, good end result and a lot of choice and settle for bad service in the store, then this is the place for you!
