Long waiting times
I made an appointment online at hans anders BRUNSSUM for an eye measurement and new glasses. Last year after the summer I was at the same bag in Heerlen, where I also made measurements, but due to incorrect information from insurers, I am not eligible for new reading glasses. In BRUNSSUM I came to an appointment, by an employee I have to put on glasses with a glass or another. She has not made a measurement. After that I have to find a mechanic, so that will be a calvin klein mechanic and after my question how much should it cost in total, the answer was around 300 euros - outrageous !!! That is about reading glasses. They are just crooks !!! I thought that was way too much !!! So I just picked out a mechanic and that will be an amount of 137 euros for reading glasses. I paid the amount of 137 euros. After a few days I checked the conditions of my insurers through the aapje and it clearly stated that I am entitled to a new pair of glasses based on the range. !!! Just a scam !!! Elderly beware !!! Never again to HANS ANDERS in BRUNSSUM !!!
