Very bad practice. The doctors are knowledgeable, but you do not know who your doctor really is. Furthermore, the assistant will determine when you can see the doctor, because she has special eyes with which she can see what you have through the telephone. Then being available at the practice is downright scandalous, waiting times of 45 minutes before you get someone on the line and then you want to ask what you can do yourself outside the useless advice or whether you can do your work again, but the assistant not to answer.

Incredibly, you want an appointment for a personal consultation, assistant decides whether you can come, so not, impossible, how should this proceed, thought doctors and co-vaccinated and then afraid of Covid says enough in my eyes, whether you will should be vaccinated with such a reaction

I am not satisfied with the system of being called back, I have already passed it on, but nothing. Must be the result of a test. Don't know anymore !!!!!!!

Worst GP Practice !!! Bad Operators !!! You really will not be helped !!! You should always come to the doctor's office with high legs, then be lucky if you still help. Bad communication! Unfriendly! They prefer to hang up !!! You ask for something completely normal. What you are entitled to and obliged to give you. If still you don't get it !!! Telephone operators are very difficult to make an appointment or an appointment by telephone !!!

Dear general practice Hoensbroek, I don't know if there is a possibility to file a complaint with your entire practice, so I hope it gets to the right place. In this corona period, this practice has been inaccessible several times (exception is made here for emergencies). This also means that the assistants are only available for extreme emergencies. For this reason I also wonder whether people, working for this doctor, do not have a telephone at home and in this way could continue the work like the rest of the Netherlands. Working from home is even the new normal for “the ordinary citizen”, but the general practitioner closes her doors and leaves her patients severely in the lurch. The general practitioner is step 1 in almost all cases where more medical attention is required, without a general practitioner it is extremely difficult to obtain a referral. If contact with the family is already possible, they do not take this patient seriously in the complaints that are described, even if they keep getting worse. Parents must intervene to ensure regular care for their children. Then about the practice nurse (you can request the name of the POH concerned from me, I assume that posting this name would be in violation of privacy legislation). I was referred to another authority this March according to the POH. POH has apparently already made a mistake here, as I myself (in October, months later) contacted the relevant authority by telephone in connection with my referral. The relevant authority indicates in this that it only received the referral in August and it has been trying for months to contact POH, who was apparently seen as an intermediary. Unfortunately, as in practice, this POH turned out to be unattainable from time to time. As a result, no information has come through to me as a patient, so I have been waiting without information for months now. (In the meantime I have arranged with the agency that they arrange it further with me instead of with the POH). All this means that I, and probably a large proportion of your patients, have lost confidence in your practice and will soon switch GP practices. Sincerely.
