I have the idea that I have to convince them of my complaints .. And can't just tell my story. Unfortunately, there are now a few complaints that were not dealt with early, so that these have now become permanent 😔

Refusing to accept repeat prescription for daughter who is depressed, also makes the mother for liar and for 'not wanting the best for her child'. Very unprofessional behavior.
