Brasserie De Eenling

Had an excellent brunch there. The breakfast menu is kind of hidden, apart from the sign outside, but rest assured it is there and it is delicious! The breakfast trifecta: eggs benedict, hash browns (rostie) and blueberry pancakes. Coupled with a Bloody Mary and cappuccino it was perfect! We shall return!

Exceptional food & friendly service, I highly recommend this as the place to eat in schiedam. I had a three course sunday dinner with a fragrant lobster salad to start, followed by perfectly cooked duck. They have a really nice selection of unique drinks too :)

Had dinner here after the lockdown. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is well prepared and tasty. The menu isn't very adventurous per se but the attention to detail makes up for it. Definitely a pleasant surprise to eat this well in Schiedam.

De Eenling is a winner. You are happy when you belong to those people who know about the existence of this beautiful brasserie. The interior takes you to Paris and the flavors to seventh heaven! The chef has a great talent to make the best dishes with everyday products. Many times I have been amazed how simple could be so effective. You have come to the right place at Brasserie de Eenling for accessible but original and tasteful menus. You can read the AllerHande, or look online for a good recipe, but from now on you can also order a menu from De Eenling and be inspired by someone who understands his trade. The dishes are made from local seasonal products, as it should be. You must have been here!

We wanted to take a walk in the fresh snow through Centrum Schiedam on Sunday. Brasserie de Eenling would be open with a Gluhwein counter. Unfortunately! Fortunately, the pub right opposite did have Gluhwein.
