Had a super nice boxing workshop on location. With a group of friends with children. All ages from 9 years old were entertained and helped with sports. Dodge training and deliver a good right! Very entertaining everyone could participate at his or her level. Especially if you want to do something with action, a must. You don't have to worry about having to fight because they don't. It's really great

Thanks for the super fun dance workshop! It's great to teach the girls a great street dance within 1.5 hours. So our children's party was a success!

Fresh regularly provides various workshops for the BSO where I work. This is always well discussed and the workshops are received enthusiastically. Recently also given a workshop for a team outing! Always a great success!
