Customer friendliness is hard to find. No answer at first, because it was thought that my application was not necessary. Then, after emailing the reason why my question was not answered, as a small child I had to demonstrate that it was indeed necessary (why else would I pay someone for this?). Hourly rate is decent. And it takes her 3x longer than you can reasonably expect. This brings the hourly rate to 600 euros per hour. Not recommended.
