When my company MyEmma got interested from 2 investors, I immediately went looking for a good accountancy firm, I soon ended up with Marcel because in the past I had several good conversations with him during network meetings and that felt good. I am also very grateful to Marcel for assisting and advising me on closing the deal with these investors. It is also nice that there is a whole team with each his / her expertise ready for you. In our case, Francis who always ensures that the salary administration is in order and organizes this very correctly and Wilma who supports me with exactly online and recently set up a vision planner herself in such a way that my stakeholders are always aware of the status of business and I can partly steer the company based on figures. In other words, very satisfied and very happy with my choice for Bastiaan Accountants and hence a well deserved 5 star rating.

After 3 months the collaboration ended. Several times made (gross) mistakes which resulted in a warning from the tax authorities. Argument: a software error. Had several conversations with the owner, but does not take his responsibility and always hides behind lame excuses. Collaboration ended and received a final bill that is partly correct and partly incorrect. The latter is answered with vague arguments and cannot be verified. Given this review, I expect a response with vague answers and errors that are especially not theirs.

We have now been working for our company with Bastiaan Accountants for 10 years. From the outset, we are well advised about the financial and tax options, solutions and challenges. Questions by us are always answered properly and comprehensively and when it is up to us to do one thing or another, they point it out to us in time. All in all 5 stars!
