Horrible experience. A staff (bearded) literally screamed at me for asking a question twice due to the lack in clarity.

horrible branch with the most incompetent staff! I asked them to close my student account and they made me indicate my non-European account number to tranfer positive balance to. They charged my all administrative fees and later, when I am no more in the Netherlands they are sending me a letter telling that they could not tranfer my remaining positive balance to my non-EU account and I need to pay again administrative fees to close down my account! worning to non-European students: Do not visit this branch!

Very friendly staff. The building is also quite spacious so you can easily keep your distance.
