Unfortunately not completely satisfied with this organization. Due to earthquake damage I was able to apply for a subsidy here for the depreciation of the house. The communication about this is not too friendly. They themselves only respond after a long time (which I can still understand due to the many registrations), but if you have not delivered something completely correctly, you will receive an email that you must respond within a few days, because they assume otherwise that you forgo the subsidy ... So ...
In addition, I have had a question for months why the Nest thermostat is not eligible for subsidy. They could not answer that by telephone and it would be asked. After several mails from my side, no response back. Very special.
