The only way you are going to get the help you need is by going to another doctor. Everything about this practice is awful. The way patients are treated is terrible, the waiting time is terrible, the communication is outrageously terrible. Everything that this practice offers is also offered by other qualified doctors in the city. Every other doctor offers online help, and have helpful and caring assistants who are able to make appointments, answer questions, and relay results. If you are an expat or a national please do your research and pick the right doctor for you. The only way I got treated and helped in a professional manner (with kindness) is by going to another doctor. Please do your best to leave this practice.

Not knowledgeable in copper iud’s, she told me how bad copper would be and didn’t even offer to check if it still fits. She was very kind, but not helpful/knowledgeable. There are not only 2 types, there are more than 10 different and it has to be measured precisely! No blood check was offered either, she made advertisement for hormonal spirals..

In the last period it was necessary to find one and after toi keep in contact with the GP regarding some concerns. So, base on that I have to recognize that this place is offering the best medical service I met so far: almost all the communication was online, by email, and the doctor was there always helpful and ready to respond to my questions, having only one visit in the medical centre, taking into account these special times we all live - the pandemic. The help and communication at this place is terrible! After having my throat infected for several days and having called with the assistants back and forth, the only thing I could do was sending fotos of it and having one talk with a real "doctor" that apparently recognized on the foto that it was just a normal infection and did not give me an appointment. When it got worse I called again but this time I talked with another assistant that told me again to send some random pictures and asked me for another coronatest that I already did the day before. I traveled then to Germany and was send to the hospital right away where I got proper treatment for one week!! The only thing they can do is sending you to a proper doctor and in the worst case telling you you shouldnt worry about it and let it rest. The clinic is useless! And many of my friends had similar experiences...

Been going to the studentarts for 5 years now, I personally find them great! Easy to get an appointment, the staff are really friendly and good at dealing with people from other cultures. Recently have been a more regular patient to manage a longer-term issue and Dr. Goedhart has been great - took me seriously from the start, lovely bedside manner and seems genuinely happy to be helping his patients.
