On the website: "We are available 24/7 for any job: both business customers and individuals can come to us". Via e-mail: We will not take on your job. We are too busy, we hope you understand ". If PenB electrical engineering really wanted to live up to what they say on their website, they would at least have asked me if my job was urgent or if it could wait until a later moment. Their reaction felt like the message was between the lines: We are not going to earn enough from this. Put your little job in your den! Still 2 stars for the fact that they have responded at all (whether or not late).
