Great company, highly recommended, very helpful staff!

Treated super rude in January. I had my husband's tailored suit steamed. Once home, it turned out that all buttons were broken in the jacket. When I went back I was told that it is very normal for all knots to break! Not only was I amazed (I bring clothes to the dry cleaner because it is too delicate for the washing machine, for example), I was not informed of this in advance. Sir indicated that I should have read the terms and conditions. When asked where I could have found this he said Well they are not here .. but where I could have found them (internet site?) He did not indicate. That was my problem. And that I would have liked to know this in advance was also my problem. Apparently it is not normal to point out the risk of incompetence to customers. In addition to the fact that your clothing is broken here, the service level is also RUK to say the least, as is the communication. I'm normally someone who doesn't write bad reviews (if you can't say anything nice, you shouldn't say anything). But this really hit everything. So please don't go here. Or don't bring too delicate fabrics here. And beware they also have service points at supermarkets. Would be a shame if your clothes still break. In the area and Groningen city there are plenty of other good dry cleaners with a normal service level where you are better entrusted your clothes.

Nice people do a good job

Very happy with this dry cleaning, had an ink stain in my pants, and had already written it off! Nevertheless, the Vitesse managed to get the spot out completely! Real craftsmanship :) keep it up!

Don't know how to handle shirts. Bad service at maximum price.
