Advice: Avoid parking there during the evenings (after 17:00). Too expensive. Morning hours the rates are normal. Positives: Rather spacious and in a very good location. Whenever we drive to the lower levels we always find plenty of spots available. It is 24/7 open. Negatives: The price list is extremely confusing. Having in mind that other times we paid a "normal" rate, I felt confident to park there on a Friday evening for 5 hours. My bill was 20€ (1€ per 15 minutes). I was in shock when I saw it, I thought it charged me the full day rate. When you have to drive in and cars are waiting behind you, you do not really waste time reading the list. There are so many different "time-zones" with a very different price.

Nice centrally located and very modern Parking Garage. Maximum rate for the day is 10€ which is really ok.

Positives: close to center. Negatives: parking is small/narrow and expensive (23 euro per day) compared to parking garages nearby (the Q-park at Oosterpoort is only 10 euro per day)
