Great new place. We had the 7 course menu and everything was amazing. Only one minor nitpick: I found it a little strange that they didn't let us try the wine before pouring a glass.

Not in the restaurant but at home, in Corona time, we ate the delicious 4-course take-away menu from Bisque. Recommended! Almost everything was in vacuum bags that had to be heated au bain marie. The biggest challenge is to put it just as beautifully on the plates as the professionals. We enjoyed the tender loin, refined sauces, melous onions, zucchini ... all those tasty little side dishes that provide the refined flavor combinations. The bisque was - as might be expected at a restaurant that bears that name - the dish that we absolutely did not want to miss. We will be back and hopefully we will be able to do that again in the restaurant soon.

Due to corona the takeaway menu. Absolute top class, never thought takeout could be this good. The bisque is really fantastic. The duck great with side dishes in balance. Hope you can open again soon, although we were able to get by with the instructions

Last Thursday had a wonderful evening at Bisque! Such wonderful and passionate people and the food is really fantastic. I have an allergy to Dutch shrimps, but they managed to respond to that by making a delicious dish with scallop. As far as I am concerned, it should be on the map! Really star worthy of this restaurant. And that just like that on the Verlengde Hereweg as the owner said with a wink at the end of the evening. And we agree wholeheartedly with that; an asset to Helpman!
