Very good food, served by a manager who clearly knows a lot about what he is serving, is very formal but unfortunately not very friendly. To our utmost relief, there were also a very young waiter and waitress in the service, who have yet to learn the trade, but show a customer-friendliness that the manager can learn a lot from. Entourage and atmosphere nice and calm. Most disturbing was the disrespectful way the manager corrected the two young people en plein public. If I had a restaurant, I would have offered them a job. And if they were like me, they would quit the job immediately and look for a restaurant with a manager who can give them the guidance they deserve

Amazing food with superb quality. The wagyu beef and the fish just melt in your mouth. The best and most authentic Japanese experience you can get in Groningen.
All I can remember is the rude waiter.
Never again.
Walked in here by accident a couple of years ago. Happy to see it's still in business.
It is still by far the best experience of Japanese food that I've had! The shabu shabu was amazing. Sake excellent and the pairing with the dinner outstanding. Highly recommend it!
