I keep finding hard pieces of something in your food. Today, in one of your salads there was a piece of rock-like material. You finally managed to have me chip my tooth!
If it's still Corona-times, do yourself a favour and avoid this store at all costs. They let far too many people in, and the checkouts are managed in a way that has zero regard for social distancing. They need to make urgent changes, because the current situation is frankly just not good enough.

Overcrowded, especially in these Corona times.
Very poorly-trained staff. It's like a kids' party gone wild with what seems only unsupervised teenagers working there. It's hard to get through the aisles as there seems to be never-ending re-stacking going on. The other day we were we were choosing which item to buy only to be pushed out of the way by one of the first-time-interacting-with-the-wider-public restacking teenager so that they could stack the shelves. We only go there because it's marginally closer than Albert Heijn and we're too lazy for the extra 5 minutes walk.
