Even 1 star is too much! Last August 2016 we bought an Eastpak worth 90 euros for our son at TunCadeau in Wijchen for his schoolbooks. An expensive backpack but with a 30-year warranty. After 8 months 1 shoulder strap has come loose from the backpack. Because the seller of Tuncadeau indicated that we get a 30 year guarantee on the backpack, I went back to Tunc as a gift in Wijchen. Unfortunately we did not have a receipt but a proof of payment could be found at home from our accounting. But she only wanted a receipt. According to several websites in consumer rights, proof of payment would suffice to prove that the backpack was purchased from Tuncadeau to eventually have the backpack repaired .... But nothing could be further from Tuncadeau in the heart of Wijchen. They did NOT want to cooperate in that. I have never experienced such a bad service for a local company in Wijchen! What a ballet tent ... uhmmm bag shit. My advice: "never buy anything there". The service is 0 comma 0 ... So really bad! Even with a payment receipt, they indicated that I had to submit my guarantee request through the manufacturer. And that is not correct .... we have bought the bag in the store of Tuncadeau and they must be in conclave with the manufacturer. They have delivered something to me and will be allowed to do something for it ... You expect a solid product with a 30-year warranty where I can go to the retailer for service and warranty .... Right? I left Tuncadeau very disappointed. What a super bad aftersales at Tuncadeau in Wijchen. I googled for another Eastpak dealer and ended up at a company in Oss. I explained the story by telephone and also indicated that I had bought the Eastpak at another store. The service employee of the company in Oss had immediately offered me to hand over the backpack to them and they will send it under warranty to Eastpak .... That's how it is! I hope that Tuncadeau in Wijchen does not all treat its customers that way because I fear that they will not last long. Because I will never go there again!
