We had our wedding rings modified and engraved 8 years ago. Our wedding date has become invisible in both rings. An email was sent how that is possible and an explanation was given that we cannot do anything with because according to them it had to do with the way of engraving.
How is it possible that the wedding date of my parents (heirloom) from 1969 can be read very clearly and the date from 2012 is not. The latter has been set by Angels. Engrave and pay for their solution again.
Let's not do this at this jeweler.
Helped unfriendly by an older woman, I wanted to have my ring made to be made but that was not possible because I had not bought it there, she said it as if I asked for something very strange so I left.

Very bad shop after two days the stones fell out of the ring, may no longer pick another while there was not 1 out but 4! People never go to that July weather!
