It is not a fine library if you are planning to learn ... This is because it is very loud everywhere (not only by small children but also by the elderly and adults) and it is never quiet at a table. It would be very nice if they could do something about it. For example, creating a silence corner or a quiet room.

Not a good place to study, no silence and lots of sounds from the staff and visitors. Visited on a Friday morning.
