Very helpful, willing to explain everything in detail and take the time for it (unlike other notaries). In a complex situation, they thought along well, which ultimately saved us many big ones, despite our own mistakes.

The buyers of our house had chosen Van den Eijnden & Koster notaries for the transfer. The visit to their office was an unpleasant experience. We were received impersonal. The deed was rushed through and rushed through. A year and a half later, we needed a copy of the statement for the tax return. We lost the original due to a broken hard drive. To our dismay we had to pay 25 euros ex VAT for this copy (!)
