Two years ago a quotation was requested via the municipality. Representative has been to our home and explained everything neatly. 2 weeks later, 12 solar panels were installed. In the morning E2-engerie called that there were only 5 solar panels with the wattage that was in our quotation, but that he supplied 7 solar panels with more wattage for the same price. The genes that came to lay solar panels ran out of the roof, not secured ... 3 roof tiles were replaced, a small piece was missing, before they started laying the solar panels, we reported that they were neatly replaced. 2 days later we found out that 2 pans under the solar panels were a bit off ... the mechanic came back that week to mount a few caps, he had too little. We reported this to the mechanic, but that was no problem, he said it will not leak. We then also reported this to e2-Energie. We had sent pictures. We received an email back that it was okay ... but we did not agree, we wanted the pans to be replaced ... to an email to the director an appointment was made to replace the pans ... The same mechanic arrived this had mounted the solar panels. He did not replace the pans because she then had to remove 1 solar panel, and he said it could not hurt ... he put a piece of lead under it ... we then left it there ... The solar panels themselves are working fine fortunately had no problems. The solarEdge app is fine and provides just a little more information. But the E2-Energy app also works fine.

From the very first conversation with this company I had a good feeling. We received clear explanations and a good price. The installation of the panels was done professionally and safely by neat craftsmen. In the beginning I sometimes had questions, and they were always answered quickly, completely and friendly. I have never had any problems in the past 7 years; an interim check (a few years ago) showed that everything was still working perfectly. And it still is. In short, we have received good solar panels on the roof and they work to our complete satisfaction.

This gives a significantly higher yield. At my site 18 new panels have been installed and 28 existing panels converted to this system. Everything was installed very professionally in one day.
