we ordered 4 dining room chairs last Saturday. We have been helped very neatly and friendly, I cannot say otherwise. If they ask me the question would you recommend living pronto houses and I would bless zoviso!

A while ago I ordered a number of furniture from Pronto Huissen that I would come and pick up, whereby I could borrow the bus from Pronto. Unfortunately the table turned out to be out of stock and the bus was more than an hour late. Pronto living, however, solved this perfectly. I was able to take the table from the store with a discount, they arranged another bus and I received a gift voucher for the inconvenience. Subsequently, the table top had not been properly secured in the can, causing it to fall over and a deep scratch in the top. I immediately called Pronto and I received a new table at home for free and until then I was also allowed to use the old table. Not everything went smoothly, but all problems were solved very well! Furthermore, it is a nice shop with a lot of choice, customer-friendly staff and a suitable solution is immediately sought for a problem. Recommended!

We had ordered 2 sofas when it was delivered it turned out to be the wrong color. This was solved very well, received 2 loan banks and was able to select 2 other banks. Now I have received the new sofas delivered to my home super arranged. The guys who came to swap the couches are also friendly and helpful! Very happy with our new sofas! Particularly want to thank Roy for taking the time for us and sorting it out!
