Terrible! I have ordered 6 chairs and it was supposed to be delivered in +-8 weeks, it's been 14 weeks and I haven't even received a call saying that it will be delayed. I call them on the week 13 and they say it is expected to receive on week 13. I had just called them again on week 14 and they say they expect to receive it on the week 15!!!!! They simply don't care about the customer!

Very annoying how complaints are handled! Things are promised that are not kept. The product is delivered with errors, has to be remedied yourself and is apparently not thought of in solutions. (Ps it doesn't seem as professional as a company to go into detail about the content of public contact with a customer).

Outrageously bad service. We bought a certainly not cheap sofa (1600eu) at Profijt. Then you would expect quality and service, the opposite turns out to be true. Parts of the sofa are mounted the wrong way round and therefore cannot be used! We have been waiting for new parts for 10 weeks. We do not receive a response to any email. Worthless!
