Good customer service
I went there last week with my Calvin Klein watch which I got from my partner November 2018 which was bought in Lanzarote. Unfortunately the lock wasn't functioning quite well and there was a risk of me losing it. Punte pointed out that if there was no guarantee on the watch the costs could go up to €100. I decided to it was worth the costs, the next day Punte phoned me to tell me the watch was repaired by themselves and no costs attached. I will sure come back to this jeweler.
They are only nice when they can sell something. Bad aftersales and service in general. Not worth your trust.

I came to Punte today for a new pin for my Huawei watch strap. Pin costs € 5.00, disinfection costs € 7.50 together, so € 12.50. Disinfection costs ??? I understand that we are careful in this time but I have never heard anything so strange. Mi. this should be a service of the company. Anyway, I went on the internet and scored a new tire for € 7.50 including pins. 0 stars for jeweler Punte. It is that you are required to give at least one star to give a rating so that's why.
Several purchases already made. Multiple watches to a designed signet ring.
Super business with nice staff and know-how, give you good advice.
Definitely come back here more often.
