Horrible service. I brought shoes to fix gluing problem. The worker said it is very easy to fix and I can come to pick up my shoes week later. When I came there he said that he needs special glue for shoes material and he asked to give him one more week. After one more week I heard same "song" that he needs special glue and it is not coming. He promised that he will fix in few days cause he is going to glue shop by himself. When I came back, again shoes were not fixed. He was telling something about his friend that he can help him to fix them faster. I though ok, I was waiting so long so few more days I can wait. When I was going to pick up my shoes I knew it that they were not fixed and my suspicion was correct. Actually there were maybe 10 times when I went there expecting to get fixed shoes but sadly my patience was gone. I took my shoes from him and I brought them to another shop called Mr. Shoe. When I showed my shoes to worker he said that IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO FIX until they will break there where I wanted to be fixed. I was wondering why that worker from previous shop couldn't say it straight away that he will not fix it??? I have been waiting for 2 months and I got nothing. P.S. worker from first shop once told me that he tried to fix them but he was not happy about results. When I took shoes back they were same as on that day when I gave them to him. Conclusion: I don't see him as professional in this field because instead of saying the truth he was lying all the time. I can advice to avoid this shop if you want to get your shoes to be fixed fast!

We had to wait a long time for our son's backpack to be repaired. That was because the new zipper could not be delivered. Finally made and solved very reasonably!
