So this is really a scammer, I have the same story as Yvonne. Only with me he said that the owner had died and I would get my money refunded, then never heard anything on my various emails. Can't be made public that this is a scammer.

No contact at all after placing an order both by phone and by mail. Made an order and paid and then later an email with about 3 weeks delivery time. This should have been included with the product before I paid it with Ideal, hopefully you will solve this nicely because I am not happy with this at the moment.
