Excellent service. All the people working there so professional and kind. I am sorry for my bad behaviour i hope u all understand i was drunk and attacked by some bad guy. I was treated so fair. Coffee, sandwiches, doctor and very nice clear report setup. Everything setup to the corona regulations. Even i was there as the criminal they treat me so decent. A LOT OF RESPECT FOR THE DUTCH POLICE FORCE! YOU GUYS DO A HARD JOB SO WELL, BLESS YOU ALL AND AGAIN SORRY! 💛👍

My girlfriend and I take a city trip several times a year and this month we chose Arnhem for this. Upon arrival it became clear that they are single rooms .. That is a pity because it is precisely on city trips that we finally have time for each other without the kids always sitting on your lip. Nothing came of a nice city trip seesaw, let alone a BJ. We weren't even sitting with the rooms next to each other. Some Belgian sat with his room between us. I think he was quite off the path because he kept making noise. I tried to call in the manager but couldn't and we ended up broken and went home without sleep. When checking out I did my complaint and as compensation the manager indicated that he would stick with an evening. We thanked you for this. Don't go here!

The taxi service is great! Due to the separate cabin, even more account is taken of the corona measures than with the average taxi. But everything has been said. There was no smile from the staff. The breakfast that was included was very sparse. When I said something about it, I got the response "unfortunately the chef has been on vacation for 3 years now". It was unclear to me if this was a joke, but it didn't make me feel taken very seriously. The showers are accessible via the general corridor, under supervision. These have decent water pressure, but not in a good sense. The door also stuck terribly. I was unable to open it without help. All in all, I would recommend staying elsewhere!

Beautiful is not! Arrive in my tracktor, be pulled from the cabin by 4 men in uniform, dragged inside, and thrown into my room! After hours of waiting, the hatch of the door opened and 2 sandwiches and 2 slices of cheese were thrown at me, a cup of drink could not even come off. I slept here for 2 nights, it is cold, the people are unfriendly, room service cannot be reached and the front door is locked. The view through that hazy window was also impossible. Never again!

Bed not very comfortable. Staff were not very friendly, fortunately, the taxi to the hotel was for nothing that was well arranged. Furthermore, the food can be better so I want to mention this to the chef, unfortunately there was no television, but fortunately there was a comic book. Fortunately I got some nice slippers at the expense of the hotel
