First of all, compliments for the good service. During the bad weather conditions, people even called to inform us that the food could be delivered earlier, great! The sushi was super delicious, we really enjoyed it. You taste that all ingredients are fresh. We are sure that we will order here again next time (instead of at another sushi restaurant)!
Our order was not delivered after 1 hour. After calling and on the phone we were told that the delivery person will be there any time. After half an hour no one was there yet. After calling again, we were neatly apologized, told that a new order is being made and promised a 20 € gift voucher for the inconvenience. 15 minutes later the delivery guy arrived with ice cold mixed sushi. Called again and the manager assured me that after consultation with 3 colleagues nobody knew anything about anything (while there was 3 telephone contact within 2 hours?) But that he will be so accommodating to meet me with a discount code of 10 €? .
Good way to lose customers.
We order sushi from you about 4 times a month for 4 people. That's not how you deal with regular customers.
Delicious sushi. The prices are really not high. Welcome box ordered 64 pieces. It was delicious.
We had ordered a welcome box and it was not completely full and the rice was really not eatable, not even Japanese rice
We got sushi here yesterday. Also included a free roll, was fine. Well stocked and nice and fresh. Only the mayo of some pieces stuck to the lid. I am not such a sauce lover myself so I did not mind.
