I want to cancel a forgotten account that I have not used for more than five years. Can not be done by phone so I have to go to an office, completely away from me and impossible with these opening times.

Unfortunately. The ABN Amro was once a great bank with excellent service. Unfortunately, there is NOTHING left. If. it was possible I chose 0 stars. Even for the most basic questions you will be sent a telephone maze. This has been the case for a while but I had hope that the tide would turn. That probably won't happen, so the switch is another big step closer ....

Very badly helped at half past 5 in order to open a joint account. I get to hear that an appointment has to be made while the website is clear without an appointment! No friendly staff that will help you to keep you as a customer. Fortunately, I ended up with ING on the same day and opened an account! Very bad business at this ABN branch with unfriendly staff.!
