The large 500m2 garden surrounding the house borders directly on the bird-rich forest at the rear (38 species of birds photographed). Early "birds" have a good chance of meeting red deer, roe deer and wild boar. Squirrels also show regularly. Immediately behind the fencing off the back garden is a green strip that gives plenty of privacy to the equestrian and hiking trail, especially in the summer. There is no traffic on the dirt road. The many windows give an optimal light, in the living room a skylight annex "stargazer" gives an extra dimension to the day and night. The terrace at the front is covered. At the front (next to the house) a private parking space for 2 cars. A fixed internet connection is available. The renovation of the bathroom is planned for 2017. The park "De Witte Burchten" is well maintained and is beautifully and spatially laid out with lots of greenery. At the entrance of the park closed by barriers is a playground for children, there is also an all-weather tennis court and parking for visitors. You walk into the forest at the front and back. Environment: the center of Ermelo is within cycling distance and the atmospheric Harderwijk with a lively boulevard is also easily accessible.
