Communication can also be in English. There is a free toilet and a coffee machine. I didn’t like the fact that for a very long time (in my case) I had to wait for unloading, at first they wanted to set me up under one ramp under another ramp, they were busy, then they generally said to wait for an unknown amount of time ... First of all, they unload their cars!
