Would like to talk to someone who takes the workforce seriously. Now under the rule of executives who are never present. Under-staffed by the sick and people who are stressed out due to the high workload. I'm not saying CSU is bad, but the executives who send them "into the field" are far from professional. Manipulation to, no interest in staff. Have been walking in the corona department for quite some time now and never a question whether we can handle everything we see and experience. We have to arrange tests ourselves. And to make matters worse, contracts are being terminated. Both by customers and for the staff, while we are already understaffed. Unbelievable. I say contact me because I want to start this conversation.
Per February 1st taken over by CSU 2.5 months worked there. In that 2.5 months very bad experience with a district manager who is never to speak. And never heard from him. Payout salaries was also wrong. Office Apeldoorn also not to be talked about. You don't treat people that way. So glad I left.

Good company and attention to staff
In my opinion, the absenteeism team has an obligation to get people who are temporarily unable to work to work as soon as possible. Here at CSU in Apeldoorn you are treated like a dog, also by the so-called district manager.
