Good quality and service. Pity the required and agreed serving speed was not delivered. It even up a hasty meal and no time for dessert. The bill was paid quickly. It contained a bottle of wine instead of a glass. Upon our complaint it was repaid in our bank account.
Left what we ordered, right what we got.
Today we had dinner at Duco's. Unfortunately a very bad experience I had a roll of pulled chicken with bourbon bbq sauce. At the first bite I noticed that the sauce was not on it! The caramelized onions were also not present? My 2 kids had sweet beef salad with a sun dried tomato dressing. The dressing was non existent !?
And the lettuce had very little flavor. I received a remarkable answer to my comment about these two dishes. The bbq sauce was no longer available and the chef has replaced it with pesto !? Luckily I didn't have a nut allergy otherwise they would have had a big problem! Would the dressing be on the tasteless salad? I expressed my dissatisfaction and after consultation twice we have not paid this. I was with 2 other guests who had a simpler dish that luckily tasted. The soup beforehand was also quite tasty.
Very bad that this was resolved in this way by a young maid serving, and not by an excuse from the cook or the presence of a manager. I'm not going there anymore.
We had reserved because we were a larger group. Drinks were only accepted after 2-3 requests. Forgot next orders and ask 2-3 times for new drinks (30 minutes). The food was amazing. A small bowl of french fries for 2-3 people a small bowl of salad for 4 people. Burger just OK. My steak was served with 2 mini peppers, 2 mini tomatoes and some sauce (23 €), the potato side dish described was not served in my opinion. The truffle sauce was with so little truffle that you could hardly taste it. When clearing away we had to ask again for drinks. It wasn't even passed on. Prices that were completely too high for quality that was not achieved ... we were totally horrified. French fries were reordered so that we were always full ...
All in all, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.
Staff came across as stiff. Outside a large plate with a bowl of enjoyment on our terrace. You can't eat there. If we could have a drink there first and we were looked at strange.
Starter (breadboard deluxe) 4 slices of dry bread.
Waited a very long time for main course. Appetizer was not taken out. Scant portions and the crispy chicken wings were not crispy chicken wings.
Way too high a price for what you get!
