With a defective battery I was standing by the road, ANWB roadside assistance called and John Klein Gunnewiek came back to help me. With a “loan” battery I was able to go to my own garage. "Bring it back once a week," said the road warden. Real back angle mentality. After installing a new battery in my own garage, I returned the “loan” battery with a small thank you from the local brewery. Really top service, there are very few companies that do this.

In transit, with car trouble (heavy burning air and a red-hot brake disc) stranded at this garage. With two small children in the back seat and another 45 minutes ahead, it did not seem safe to continue driving. It was Saturday 1:05 PM. I was told they had just closed (1pm). I just had to call the roadside assistance .. Service??? Decide for yourself!

Unfortunately you cannot write a revieuw without stars, because this company is not worth a single star yet !!! I bought my car there 3 years ago after the failure of my previous car ... All years have a MOT with turn (on paper) with large costs (last invoice cost + - € 900, -) ... Now itself looked at the oil, spark plugs and filters ... Strange to encounter original Ford filters, spark plugs and the like, which are normally replaced at the turns we paid for ... Never performed so ... This year came I found out that part of my front spring had broken off, the break was so rusty that it could not even have been from the last 3 years ... So a defect that was sold to me under false pretenses ... I would have a book by now to be able to write about ... NEVER AND TOGETHER I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE !!!! Great scams with very high bills !!!

Last year our car for a major service and MOT brought to John Klein Gunnewiek. Friendly people. Neatly called if it was above a certain amount. So far, so good. This year the MOT had to be done again. To save ourselves some costs, we asked a very good friend of ours (who assembles the car himself and knows a lot about it) if he wanted to look at our car before going to a garage. No sooner said than done. We discovered that no oil filter has ever been replaced, because it is still original. If the oil filter is replaced, there is no original filter and there will always be another brand in its place. And that while the car is from 2006. Also, the oil has not been replaced for years. So a big turn has never been done, but we have had a big bill for a few years. So our good friend found out that something was wrong with the shock absorber and chassis spring. Making the car a ticking time bomb that could explode at any moment. And that while my husband drives to work for an hour every day. We even went on vacation with this car and literally drove hundreds of kilometers with this ticking time bomb. SO NO, I NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE. Unless you don't want your life to be sure.
