I have experienced the owner as customer-friendly, honest and service-oriented. Customer-friendliness translates into a pleasant way of communicating and thinking along in solutions for the customer. Owner acts with integrity by giving a realistic price for a trade-in car and complies with agreements. Owner immediately took action after purchase to deliver the car to my home address within two days. Outstanding service!

I had advertised my MB-C class on Mobile and received a lot of inquiries. All dealer inquiries were outrageous. Then this unexpected request came from the Netherlands. At first I was puzzled because the offer wasn't as cheeky as others. It was pretty fair. After doing some research on the Internet, I got in touch with the dealer (Richard) and arranged a pick-up date. Richard came by, inspected the car, found that it was as described and transferred the agreed purchase price to my account via instant transfer. Then the car was charged and everything was fine. Thank you for the friendly manner and I can only say that Richard put the bad image of the dealers in a good light. Absolute recommendation, also for sellers !!!!!
