poor service, I asked twice what a comforter cleaning (steaming) costs. Would be € 27. I have been called by the dry cleaner that the store employee has made a mistake and the costs are more than double. Owner continues to insist that store employees have informed me well. And end with an invoice that is almost as high as the new value of the duvet! Note: dry cleaning indicates that this occurs more often!
