All the water was leaking from my washing machine because the drain hose was shot in the washing machine, so my floor was flooded. In all haste Obbink called because the machine came from there but unfortunately they could not come. First moment for repair of the washing machine was in a week and a half. I expected that the service of a company in the area would pay off, but unfortunately this turned out not to be the case. At Samsung itself they are on location within two working days. Very disappointed and unfortunate that they could not continue to help me despite the high need and the fact that they are less than five kilometers away.
