I enjoy using Sharon's online yoga classes. Every morning immediately after getting up I do yoga for 15 minutes and I notice that this is very good for my body! I really like Sharon's way of teaching. Over and over she repeats the little things you need to pay attention to so that you can get the most out of it.

For years I have been taking Yoga classes with Sharon Papen. The great thing is that I really feel that she also applies her skills as a physiotherapist during the lessons. Nothing is wrong; all bets you show are good. Her relaxed attitude and positive energy is contagious. With her you will also find the perfect combination of Yoga and meditation. During this difficult Covid-19 period, she does everything she can to provide us with (online) lessons. She offers all kinds of possibilities to continue to follow the lessons in your own way. How you feel most comfortable with that. In addition, I am currently being treated by her as a physiotherapist. What I find so unique and nice about the yoga class at Blikveld / Sharon is the nice music (a bit of jazz / rock) and yet very relaxed and relaxed and the skills of Sharon. Sharon creates a new lesson and a nice atmosphere every time. I love going every week! Her online classes are also recommended.

Sharon has a relaxed, personal way of teaching and I think her classes are a good combination of yoga and meditation. Very nice that the lessons can now also be followed online!
