Bought an expensive oven from Pilgrim because the seller "has it himself and is so easy to set up". Well if there was something wrong with that thing, it was the simple setup. Typically such a salesman talk "I have it myself". Never again. Response to the owner's question: I don't think the seller can explain, he won't have this oven himself, because then he wouldn't have recommended it to us. Since the device works by the book and there is therefore nothing "wrong" with it, there is little that can be done. Tip: don't lie to your customers.

Don't think it's a good thing at all. Bought a 400 euro coffee machine there. We had problems with the machine. The coffee was weak and not warm. Went back and asked if she would help me with this But no they didn't. If only contact the supplier. If you buy a product for 400 euros and you are not even helped, we think this is scandalous. Searched for cash with the supplier, but because of corona they cannot send a mechanic, but it was said that they also found it scandalous that they wouldn't help me in the store in wezep We heard more complaints about this company but we didn't want to believe it and thought it was good. But unfortunately they left me feeling unhappy about the store Going out But did learn one thing Never come back there

pleasant shop with plenty of staff who were very friendly, we were also kept informed that we had to wait a while for the expert of the coffee machines and in the meantime had a good explanation about smart TVs. The Jura C8 was just on the shelf here, however, not yet in stock; That was also no problem and was neatly packed again including an extra filter. Good purchase!
