Driver did not call me before he comes on an adress.But on a IKEA.nl is a point that driver must call 15-30 minutes BEFORE he come.Asked him to wait for 20 minutes but he did not want it and had an excuse that he is busy and must drive for a next client.But its actually only his fault that he DOESN'T following procedures.if i could i would put 0 stars .
Ramazan is a self-employed person who carries out assembly work for IKEA through Jos Dusseldorp. Due to delivery and communication problems and defective parts, Ramazan visited us five times in the period October 8 - December 28 to assemble one IKEA bedroom cabinet. During this tedious period he has acted as a kind of project manager by arranging for us every time that things were handled better. He believed that the customer should not be dissatisfied with a supplier's problems. He thought along, came up with alternatives and always consulted us. Ramazan has done an excellent job and is also a very sympathetic, smart and helpful man. Tribute !!!
Ordered a sofa from Ikea and have it delivered. Ikea's website states that furniture will be delivered up to the 4th floor if there is no lift. I live on 2 floors, so that was ideal for me. Unfortunately, the delivery people really weren't going to bring the bank upstairs :(. Despite pointing out to them that the website said they do. I don't know if the delivery people were lazy, or if the Ikea website says untruths But something is going wrong somewhere. :(

Ramazan is really a top mechanic !!!!! He has assembled our cupboard so carefully and very professionally !! Ramazan has taken all his time. I have often had mechanics over the floor, they were always in a hurry and just raffled off. If I had a company I would hire Ramazan right away. His boss can be soooooo happy with him !!!!!!!!
