Driver parks in the middle of a public road, causing a traffic jam on both sides of his truck. Easily accessible parking space available (within a few meters) where he could easily have parked without being in the way. Addressed the driver but was not sensitive to reasonable arguments. The dangerous situation even caused damage to two vehicles in the traffic jam that has now arisen. Driver has not looked after this and simply drove away. I would think twice about hiring this company for a transport job.
