They hired a private security business “base security” just to bother their guests. They push you around & are super unfriendly. It used to be a good service, but since corona, i can not recommend them any longer. Use other services if possible.

Some teething pains on the new service of its latest large ferry - horeca a bit of a mess. But very comfortable sailing.

All though it brings you from A to B, in this case to a lovely island of Tershelling, i would choose another company if I could. All though their service is all automatized and worked well, i was really missing a human contact. It seems like you are just a number to them. And since the C virus, they indeed have extra person (Security for cheeking out if all people are having a mask on their face) who would walk around and keep checking on you if you really ware a mask. I was seated outside as always, and it felt rather unpleasant to see him walking up and down, the whole boat ride. As i have heard from others, some had really bad experience with this. I would say, if you have any other chance to get to the Island, take another transportation, because the ride can be much more pleasurable as i have experienced this time.
