Very pricy room for what it offered: Room was not clean, dirty smelling toilet, telephone did not work, nespresso machine leaked, no warm water in the sink. ....The hotel itself has a luxery atmosphere. Nice personal. Nice bar and food. Lower the prices (154 a night?) or check the room before you rent it....

Very good and friendly service by staff, and rooms were quite complete, albeit some adjustments made due to covid. The 11th floor restaurant and cocktailbar is quite impressive with a beautiful open kitchen. The location is perfect, 15 min. walk to the city center.

I was there for the event "Knokken voor je hart". The hotel itself is really nice and looks very good. It's big and open but doesnt have a too confusing layout. The toilets are clean and theres plenty of room to hang your coats. The event itself was too load and made me overwhelmed and ill but I didnt see anyone else with that problem. The staff members are nice. Overall I recommend this place.

Good hotel with friendly service! The glass sinks are pretty hideous though!
