I am asked why I do not give 5 stars, I would like to answer that, I have been called 4x, probably well intended as a reminder, but after 1x it was really clear to me that I could make an appointment in Jan for a small turn. I really had to consult the agenda and I did not have it to hand at those moments when the call was made. I would call back about this, but this was not waited for and the next day I received another phone call and so it went to 4x. 1x voicemail with voice call request. A small turn is not mandatory and not urgent and if I indicate that I am calling back about this I find it annoying to always be called about this, I also indicated this during the second phone call. This is the reason for a nice 4 stars, because otherwise I am very satisfied.
