This is the most horrible / irresponsible housing foundation. After 2 moves within Woonfriesland, I am again assigned to a house with such noise nuisance. Every morning for 2 years now I have been woken up by the neighbors. The insulation is super bad. They do not respond to reports. Neighborhood consultant from residential Friesland works unprofessional and they say you are crazy. They do not respond when it comes to my complaints. But if they need something, they are at my door unannounced. In short, what I live in every day can be called an earthquake on all sides of the house. Not even talked about the stairwell yet. Or while rent is not included. Residential Friesland. ! Save yourself all the stress.

Because I do not like my current home, I registered on August 16, 2011. If I respond to a house, I constantly end up in 2nd to 5th place. This is of course not correct. This indicated that we had to create an account with Woonfriesland and indicate our wishes whether you were looking for a home or a garage. I then registered for garages in Heerenveen. In the meantime, just wait, wait and wait. Several times I had at least 4x contact with Woonfriesland about the question that a garage box was available opposite me and that I had an interest in this. Time and again we got the same answer, that it was corona time and that they were behind with putting housing offer / garage offer on the site and that we just had to keep an eye on the site. So I had also created an account with wishes and assumed that when something would become available I would hopefully receive an automatic message in my mailbox, so that I could respond to it. In the meantime, it was the end of September I suddenly heard from neighbors that the garage box was suddenly rented to someone else. This garage box has not even appeared on the site. Is it handled internally, you would say without making it public ...?!? Then 2x called Woonfriesland and was told twice that I would be called back, including by the local housing consultant (I leave the name aside), but of course this did not happen. I have needed 1x Woonfriesland in my life and it was a very bad experience. This bad experience made me decide to post my reaction to it.
