The ladies at the desk at the entrance are really unfriendly, there is no grin with compassion towards fellow human beings.

Come here regularly for checkups and examinations at various outpatient clinics and specialists. Most doctors are nice and professional, but some nurses or the regular staff are quite customer unfriendly. Appointments are delayed 9 out of 10 times. Time management can really improve a bit! Blood tests now at a different location due to corona. Been today and the staff there were very very grumpy!
